Considering my mother let out a bladder full I would recommend. Of course she had some leakage due to the full bladder but let’s just save these saved our new sofa. I do think they run a bit small. My mother is tiny around 110lbs. The small fits but I would consider sizing up if I were to order again. Overall good bang for your buck. I switch between these and the always brand.

Comfortable. Great fit

My daughter is 6 and special needs. She is 62lb and wears a girls size 8 and has a 27” waist. She recently outgrew pull ups and we were looking for an alternative. These are fairly budget friendly. They’re very thick and held well for nap time with no leaks. They’re a little on the bulky side and left a little fuzz but overall decent product I would buy again.

I had to send them back because I ordered the wrong size.

According to the instructions my measurement falls in the middle of the L range. Except these are a good 6" too small.I have enough problems with post surgery pain and not being able to put any weight on one foot without this kind of nonsense.

These adult briefs offer good absorbency and do the job well for heavy incontinence. The tabs are adjustable, making it easy to get a secure fit. However, they are not very comfortable for pregnancy, as they feel a bit stiff and restrictive around the belly. The material could be softer for better comfort during extended wear. They work well overnight without leaks, which is a plus. Overall, a reliable product, but not the best choice for expectant mothers.

Easy to put on him, absorb a lot, hardly any leakage, thickness is not too much, just perfect, soft for his fragile skin.The tape does not unstick, you can keep adjusting the tightness and the tape sticks on each time.We have a subscription for these, but the price is a bit high, BUT...considering the performance of these, it's worth every penny.

I use for my autistic 4 year old grandson. He’s a big boy out grew size 8 diapers so I went to these absolutely love them they fit perfectly on him and hardly any times where their was leaks through
