Excellent product. Excellent manufacturers packaging. The corners have plastic corner guards to ensure it doesn't come dinged. Not only does it have corner guards but the two-piece package has the protective tape on the good side back to back to the other good side. This kind of logical shipping is seldom seen thank you. Note this is not 1/8 of an inch. It is 3 mm. This was not a surprise. All of these things are 3 mm, and that is almost 1/8 of an inch. But just note that it is .007" shy of 1/8 of an inch. Needless It arrived in perfect condition without any dings, scratches or dense on the sides or corners. See pictures for thickness, measurement and packaging excellence.

Bought for a different purpose so use outside. So far its holding up good.

Great stuff for prototyping things. Solid bond between layers, performed well under saws and drills, but no bending attempted.

I wanted to spread the mechanical load for an automatic freezer door closer over a broad area of the freezer body so I didn’t have to drill holes in the freezer body. I bolted the closer mechanism to this panel and secured the panel to the freezer exterior with mounting tape. It works, and if I ever need to, I can peel it off like a giant sticker.

I did everything I could think of to get the protective plastic off of the panel and never did get one inch of it off. I tried to pry up an edge with my small pocket knife, a razor blade, I stuck gorilla tape to it and tried to pull it up, I heated it with a heat gun, I heated with direct flame and could not get and edge to pull it off. Ridiculous . If not for that this would have been a 5 star review. It cuts easy, it drills easy and I can think of many applications since it is rated for outdoor uses and I believe it would be great IF I COULD ONLY GET THE PROTECTIVE PLASTIC OFF OF IT.

There was a deep scratch on one of my panels, I do oil paintings so I figured out how to cover it up. On the same panel it has a bend in the corner, I just bent it back a bit and seemed fine. I don't want to give too much backlash because I'm wondering if it was just mishandled shipping so when I buy another I'll leave a more thorough review. As for size and quality overall it's pretty good, just the aforementioned issues. If you're cutting the material it's obviously much easier to remove pieces of the panel that might be scratched that's not needed. For my application I'm using the entire panel so something to consider.
