The design and construction on this looks good, feels good and just doesn't work. I rode with this for 5 miles and had the hooks on the base fail. That ended up tossing my camera to the dirt floor and thankfully i was able to reclaim my camera that this was supposed to hold. Don't bother with this unless you're just filming yourself walking.

Got this for quick switching between helmet and ski pole.mounts. Very easy to use and held the intsx5 through quite a few bumps. I highly recommend this quick mount as it has worked great for my use.
