Helps reduce stress on hands, wrists, and forearms when exercising
I have a small home gym that features a bowflex machine, and even though most of me is perfectly capable of managing significant resistance levels, some exercises are difficult due to the strain they're putting on my hands and wrists, as well as forearms. A friend suggested I look into wrist 'hooks' to help transfer some of the stress onto the stronger parts of my arms, but in looking around, it was generally expressed that hooks work well with bars, not so much with the D-rings I'm pulling. I found these straps to be pretty easy to put on and to use, just need to snug them down well on one's wrists, and in one of the photos I included, I even showed how it'll fit just forward of my smartwatch on my left arm. I'll admit on first use it took some doing to get used to wrapping the strap around the handle and then to tuck the dowel into my palm. Once done though, it made the workout much easier in the sense of putting less strain on my supportive muscles and tendons...and believe me, having suffered severe RSIs in the past, I'm in no mood to repeat the experience. These should help me avoid it, and I noticed they provide good support and seem to have little issue with the roughly 80lb dynamic loads I've been pulling. I know a few complained about make quality, but mine seem to be fine, even after a two hour workout, and I further noticed no chafing or problems with my hands or wrists...indeed they were way less sore. I wasn't sure the straps would provide good grip, but they do. I would only caution that if you're pushing your limits it's best still to have a spotter and if you feel yourself weakening or 'breaking', always best to stop what you're doing. In general though, I think these are a great and inexpensive investment in protecting my arms and hands. Thumbs up.

Great and comfortable
So far so good. I use them on heavier sets or where I want to get a few more reps before my grip gives out to completely exhaust the main targeted muscles.

Best wrist straps. No digging. Stable and secure.

Weak stitching
The stitching is pretty weak, deadlifted 460 and the strap ripped completely off of the wrist wrap. The other strap’s stitching ripped as well.

Poor stitching quality, tears above 300 lbs
The fit is good, the quality not so much. I put 315 on the bar and swhen i started to lift the stitching started to tear. At 405, completely done. Ive had other brands last up to 600+. I wont name drop the other brands, gymreapers is usually a solid go to, but they definitely let me down here.

These are really comfortable but the durability is a problem. I only used them for two sets and they already ripped. I was repping 365 lbs conventional deadlift for 10 controlled reps and on the 8th rep of the second set, both ripped at the stitching which wasn’t major because my grip was there and it wasn’t the main part, but won’t use them again. Disappointed to say the least.

Fragile webbing! I am using these due to a neurological condition that leaves my grip too weak. I am not using these straps to lift hundreds of pounds with deadlines. Average weight maximum is 35 lbs per hand. I have used them for three workout sessions, 12 sets of 10 - 15 reps. The webbing straps are already shredding and the stitching is unraveling. NOT RECOMMENDED! Sorry, that's just how it is.
