Excellent product, you just need to read the instructions very well. Saying that I was so impressed with the product that I purchased two more a month later, they work very well in our church.

Great picture and 20x zoom gets in really close. I'm using the HDMI connection which was plug and play. Camera is silent when moving. Manual could have been clearer when using the Infra Red remote. I have two cameras and initially both moved at the same time until I read the manual in more detail to discover the camera address and the IR address are set with two different switches. Only played so far. They will get used for real this evening. Minor irritation - no batteries for remote and no HDMI cable.

I bought my first one in October 2023 to replace an ageing camcorder that was no longer functioning properly. It is used every week to live-stream Church services. I was so pleased that I got a second one to replace another camcorder and it has been equally good. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because the instructions are not easy to follow - although operation is easy once mastered - and I got no reply when I emailed for advice on an issue with a Blackmagic Atem mini. It was a cable compatibility problem not an issue with either the PTZ or the Atem. Picture quality is crisp and clear and very good colour range. The auto pre-set function is extremely useful making live editing very straightforward.

This Tenveo conference camera is a serious piece of kit with impressive capabilities for those who know how to exploit the features to good effect. If you are only looking for a good-quality webcam, this is probably overkill, because it has a large desk footprint and does not include a built-in microphone, though it combines perfectly with external microphones if you want to use it as a webcam for excellent results. This is a feature-packed streaming solution, and offers everything you need right out of the box. It comes with the camera itself, an AC/DC power adapter, a lengthy USB 3.0 cable, a wireless remote, a detailed manual, a wall mount with screws, and even a guide for advanced streaming. The camera boasts an impressive set of features, making it ideal for live events like church services, concerts, meetings, or studio broadcasts. It’s equipped with a 20x optical zoom delivering sharp 1080p video at 60 frames per second; however, the menu will allow you to choose lower resolution options should you wish. The 1/2.8-inch Sony CMOS sensor provides excellent quality with a crisp, vibrant, and well-detailed image, even at maximum zoom. The autofocus is spot-on, and I found the overall picture well-balanced with a natural look and good dynamic range on default settings. You can also dive into the menus and alter the colour balance and other image characteristics for fine-balanced control. Connectivity is easy with HDMI, USB 3.0, and RJ45 ports and it works straight out of the box when powered up with no complex setup. This is ideal for low-latency, high-quality streaming over a network, seamlessly integrating with software like OBS, Zoom, or YouTube. I used it for an extended Skype talk as well as shorter chats on FaceTime and it works faultlessly, even in lower light. The IR remote offers up to 10 presets (or 255 via RS-232/RS-485), and you can tweak settings through a web interface. The camera pans 350° horizontally and tilts 90° vertically, all in a smooth, near-silent motion. Mounting is flexible, with a 1/4-20 tripod thread or the included wall mount. Apart from the technical stuff, I have to add that this gives an unmistakable impression of being solidly made and that the 20x zoom is a big chunk of glass to do the job properly. One small grumble is that if you are using this as a webcam, I found the lights on the front a bit overpowering, even in standby mode. Maybe there is an option in the settings that I missed to turn that off, but it was easy enough to simply put a piece of black tape across it. Is it cheap? Perhaps not, but then again, it compares well on price against similar spec alternatives. In my opinion, this is a great piece of equipment for larger offices or any organisation that has advanced needs with a fully fledged conference camera.

The Tenveo Conference Camera is undoubtedly the most fun I have had with an optical zoom camera connected to my PC for a long time. All the webcams I have used for conference calling over Skype have been disappointing, some were expensive and claimed to have an optical zoom but were less than satisfactory. I am so pleased to recommend this Conference Camera by Tenveo. It worked as soon as I plugged it in the USB port and ran its quick health diagnostics beforehand. Drivers are recognised under the device manager straight away. A test in Skype and the detail is in HD and since it uses SONY CMOS technology, editing the soft focus and brightness was instantaneous. In Skype, you can add backgrounds including your own not just Microsoft's daily pictures. One thing which works astonishingly well is the software allows you to change your live background instantly without the need for a blue or green screen, I was expecting to see a halo but no it captures people perfectly. It is irrelevant where you are, it will change your entire background to suit you, the only thing that will not change is you so if you are suited and booted and ready for your meeting while working from home this will allow you the option to change to a more appropriate background that doesn't look like your lounge! The smooth and silent pan and tilt movement can be remotely controlled. The included handheld remote is more than able to assist with these silky-smooth movements during a conference call. You can even pause and play a call if you need privacy mode. I have tried connecting over a network with an RJ45 cable, but it did not work even though it was recognised. I will have to work on this and see if I need any settings corrected. Otherwise, I guess this works with Soon I have some training courses to attend online, I will most certainly be using the Tenveo Conference Camera it is undoubtedly the best for this purpose. 1080p at 60FPS is going to be perfect for most computer monitors output. Of course, I could use any of the other supported connection types such as BNC, HDMI but USB is working so well I daren't change it now! Now looking at PTZ Webcams they are usually much more expensive, some are 4K quality but that will use up a lot of bandwidth and might stutter so 1080p is enough definition without causing degradation over most broadband or fibre networks. I highly recommend it!

Top-tier conference streaming camera (VHD10N) from Tenveo. In operation, the PTZ motor is super smooth and quiet; you can't hear it at all even when close. This is in a different league compared to consumer webcams due to the sensor size! It's aimed for professional setups, i.e. in an office, event space, or studio, and has all the expected features to match and also the price (£350). The video quality is outstanding due to the 1/2.8" Sony CMOS sensor, solid 60fps at 1080p, or 30fps at 4k. 1080p is more than good enough for most corporate streaming. The 10x optical zoom is amazing; genuinely can't believe how good this is. I can see it being very useful if you are needing to stream a performance from the front of house booth; you'll be able to zoom in to a perfect amount for the venue. They also sell other cameras with 12x, 20x, and 30x zoom if this isn’t enough. It's very light, so easy to place high up without risk. You can also mount upside down from the ceiling. On first setup, it's worth heading to the Tenveo site and downloading the latest firmware (the firmware section of the support site doesn't seem to load for me, maybe restricted? waiting for Tenveo). I like that there is an included remote; it's a bit cheap feeling, but it's practical to use. I like that you can adjust exposure and aperture easily, so you'll get a perfect shot even if light is too much or little. On the back, you have an SDI, RJ45 (for Ethernet), USB, RS222, RS485, and IR sensor. For professional streaming operations, you'd pair this with a controller so you can control the camera remotely as it supports RS232/RS485 Camera Control. Would have liked to see USB-C, which is on some of their newer cameras. Note: It does not have an in-built microphone; this is expected for a professional streamer. You'd be placing this normally well away from the speakers. For home use, I'd recommend just using the USB 2 port; it should be detected by your operating system without any issues. Another approach is to use the HDMI out into a capture card and use OBS with your web conference software. In my experience, this is the most flexible and robust option. You can finally use this over IP, but please make sure to keep this on an IoT VLAN and change the password. Whilst £350 might seem a lot for a “webcam," it is a very reasonable price for the quality and features for corporate use. I recommend it if you need something easy to set up for an event or regular web conferences.

Set this up for live streams and video meetings and it’s been excellent. Image quality is crisp even at 10X zoom, and it handles low light surprisingly well. The camera controls are smooth but take a few minutes to get used to. Setup was plug-and-play over USB, no headaches. If you need a serious upgrade from a basic webcam, this is definitely worth it.

Tenveo is still somewhat 'under the radar' in the US but they're a very well known manufacturer of business A/V products internationally. They make good stuff and sell it at a decent price--I've got several of their conference call speakers around my office so it was a 'no brainer' to pick up this conference room kit. Actually, this system can do a lot more than just video conferencing as it is useful for all types of live streaming. The speakerphone component is as far as I can tell identical to the ones I already use--it's a product that I can vouch for based on extensive use. The conference speaker has excellent 360 degree sound pickup, good noise cancellation and is one of those things that 'just works'. The star here is the 20X zoom PTZ camera. It has a quality SONY sensor which means that the autofocus and low light performance is solid. It interfaces with a variety of connection types (USB, HDMI, RJ45) and is easy to operate with the included remote control. The video quality might not be 'state of the art', but it is just fine for the intended use cases. It's an easy setup with whatever operating system you might use--including Ubuntu Linux which I have on my laptop and desktop. Very solid all in one conference room camera system at a reasonable price relative to the quality you're getting. Highly recommended!

Tenveo VHD10H: Mein wichtigstes Kriterium für die Auswahl dieser Kamera ist die verzögerungsfreie Übertragung der Bilder. Die Kamera wird für unseren Chor eingesetzt, wenn der Organist und Chorleiter hinter uns Sängern an der Orgel sitzt. Wenn das Bild da verspätet ist ist pünktlicher Einsatz des Chores nicht mehr möglich. Die Bildqualität ist sehr gut auch bei mäßigem Licht. Übertragung per HDMI auf PC-Monitor. Die Fernbedienung funktioniert einwandfrei, gut ist, dass die Mittelposition der Kamera gegenüber der Seite mit den Anschlüssen und dem Infrarot Empfänger liegt. So kann eine Person das Bild verstellen, wenn sie den Monitor ansieht. Eine Tonübertragung ist nicht vorhanden. Kleiner Tipp: Sollte es bei der Erstnutzung am Monitor kein Bild geben ist wahrscheinlich eine ungeeignete Bildauflösung eingestellt. Dann PC oder Notebook über USB anschließen -wird unter Windows automatisch erkannt-und das Kamera Programm öffnen. Das erkennt alle möglichen Einstellungen der Bildauflösung. Dann das Menü mit der Fernbedienung öffnen und die passenden Einstellungen vornehmen. Dabei kann ein HDMI Monitor gleichzeitig angeschlossen werden und erhält ebenfalls ein Bild. Sie können dann die Passende Auflösung für Ihren Monitor einstellen. Übrigens: Vorsicht bei der Spracheinstellun im Menü:es gibt nur Englisch und Chinesisch. Also nicht verändern sonst ist die Rückkehr mühsam, wenn Sie nicht Chinesisch können. Wenn ich Veränderungswünsche frei hätte würde ich den Fuß der Kamera etwas kompakter machen, die Stellplätze ist recht groß. Zudem wäre es toll, wenn man die Bildorientierung von horizontal auf vertikal umstellen könnte. Und Nein, SEITLICHE liegende Befestigung ist nicht möglich !
