They are comfortable and seem to work. Probably have to wear them for awhile to see an improvement.

I usually don’t write reviews but these separators are awesome - I don’t take them off day and night and barely feel them in my shoes. I’ve used other ones before but these are the only ones that have a big enough middle piece where I feel like they’re doing their job while still being comfortable and not sliding off. They may be slightly comfortable at first as your feet get used to them but afterwards it’s fine. The elastic part on both ends sometimes bundles up due to the nature of the fabric but not often. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my bunion pain and range of motion while they’re off.

This toe-separator to reduce bunions and solve hammer toe, is quality made. It us made of knot material and has an edge that rolls, so is sturdy. Only problem is it binds and after some hours of wear, the rolled edge causes the toe to swell and hurt. So it can only be worn for some hours, not all day, as I had hoped. The silicone version also binds and must be removed because it pinches and causes toes to swell.

Great idea but I have very fat big toes they look more like a man's big toe and the rabbit actually hurt my toes as I also have arthritis in them.
