Good product, but taller than daughter expected! 😉
The dimensions, etc. All the normal practical considerations. It's sturdy. It's multipurpose. It's a good middle ground quality product for all of the listed uses. Just don't forget to check the height. It's taller than my daughter expected!

Heavy box, open it first!
Warning, this box is HEAVY. VERY HEAVY. However, the good news is if you open the box the pieces inside are very reasonable. So, either have a stong person who can carry 120 pounds or, OPEN THE BOX and carry the pieces individually or in groups. I did not listen to my own advice for the first 50 feet. Then I realized I was being an idiot. Other than that....this is a great bed! Do beware though, the ladder takes getting used to. Stairs are kinda far apart and you may want to leave the railing off the ladder

Good for the price.
It looks nice and works. Its kinda flimsy feeling, like scary to get up on top and hope it doesnt fall over. Even attached to the wall it feels sketchy. But like that the ladder is flat so the bars dont hurt your feet. Nice desk, just remember to duck. Loves the shelves. Husband said it was a pain to assemble but it didnt take him very long.

Great for teens and saving space
Amazing all around from the delivery time frame to how good it looks and functions. Easy to build, it does take a few hours with two people but over all easy steps. The twin size is pretty big to me and height was also good for my tween kid. Sturdiness is good it does come with options to attach to the wall for more security but it’s optional. It doesn’t make any noise that would be concerning or loud, just your typical metal noise when climbing up but nothing to be concerned about. Over all we loved it our kid loved it and is still very happy with it all.

Kids LOVE them
Got 2 of these for my kids when I got my new house. They took awhile to assemble, but I got both done the same day. The kids absolutely love them. Only gripe I have is having to get my kids up in them when they fall asleep on the couch haha.

Nearly perfect
Love it! Did it take the better part of a day to assemble? Yes. But few complaints. The steps are a bit far spaced out (according to our son) and the “wood” cover stickers weren’t the right color but otherwise it’s great. Just be aware that we picked a full size but the mattress sizes aren’t the same as traditional mattress sizes: we ended up finding a pull out couch full size mattress. The full size loft bed measurements for the bed space are 72x54. No major structural concerns; seems great!

Rude customer service.
The frame just didn’t fit out sons space as we had hoped for. We paid $99 for shipping, I requested return and they said I needed to pay return shipping label. I said ok no problem. I assumed I’d pay the $99 again and asked them for a prepaid label. No… it was a complete hassle to return this frame . I had to chose my own carrier costing more than $200 thankfully I filed a claim through Amazon and they are covering my return costs. But the seller was incredibly rude and hard to work with. Cudos to Amazon for working with me! In all the frame is out of my hands. The ONLY negative I will say about the frame is it’s got a really small/narrow ladder .

Things to help you decide on this purchase. Would purchase again!
I will say my boys are extremely excited about these beds. They take about 3 hours to assemble. Make sure you have a drill. It will be much easier. It will take longer without a drill. I am 5 foot and can stand under the bed without slouching. Plenty of room under, my 6'5" 16 year old can sit comfortably under the bed. these beds work better with a 6" mattress or less. My boys prefer a plywood board under the mattress. If you have memory plan bed it will be required. It can hold the weigh recommended. Very sturdy, heavy to move around once completed. Looks great in the room. They have their room set up as a gaming room so this just made it better. The lights and set up they chose was perfect. Only problem was with one of the twins desk plug in does no work at all. Possibly because the company shipping them did not secure them at all and that one fell several times in transportation.
