Great quality and easy to use-make my deadlifts so much better! Now my legs fail before my grip gives out making for a much better lift and it keeps away the callouses. Easier to use than traditional straps in my opinion and very soft.

First time using wrist straps but what a difference they make for deadlifts! For $12 I am so happy!! These are comfortable and effective and seen well made with quality material.

Pretty sturdy, confortable and well manufactured but doesn't work for crossfit, because it's material is suede lether and it is slippery so doesn't offer the grip You need to be hanging of the bar, by the way suede leatjer offer confort but You need grip.

Got these based on recommendation from my coach. My hands would get tired from holding the heavy dumbbells before my legs got tired, but it was my leg muscles that I was actually trying to exercise. These are great for helping you hold dumbbells or cable machine bars without tiring out your hands. I wrap the straps around the bar so the flap is tucked kind of under bar when you grip it (watch videos online to see how they do it). This way, the weight of the dumbbell actually holds the strap in place and I don’t have to use my hands as much to hold the weight. I have pretty small hands and wrists and these are small enough to just fit.

Got these for CrossFit, but I’m scared I’m going to fly off the bar lol. They are a suede material and it just makes me nervous to kip with them.

Toll, sowohl sehr gut als Zughilfen zu gebrauchen (viel einfacher als die Langen) und auch als Griffhilfen. Ersetzen auf jeden Fall die Zughilfen die ich vorher hatte und wahrscheinlich auch meine Handschuhe. Kleines Minus, sind zwar nach einem Jahr (und ca. 200 mal benutzt) noch immer OK, die Nähte fangen aber an sich aufzulösen.

Pads a bit long but great if you have poor grip strength has helped a lot due to arthritis
