KingKam Collapsible Silicone Hair Diffuser, Fit 1.575-1.968 inch Nozzle

I bought this diffuser to work with a specific travel hair dryer. All went well through Italy and France. Next trip to China, the travel hair dryer plug was the right shape but would NOT work in the outlet, could NOT get it in. i thought i was in deep trouble. I pulled out the hotel hair dryer and this diffuser FIT on top of the air concentrator piece and stayed put while I dried my hair!! So the size of the hotel hair dryer nozzle didn't matter as long as the flat piece to direct and concentrate air was on top of the nozzle of the hair dryer. I popped this diffuser (and the lightly stretchy silicone was moldable over the flat concentrator attachment) and it doesn't fit precisely but it did not move the entire time I dried to hair so essentially i had a fully functional diffuser... I'm giving this additional stars for being workable with different size nozzles on varying hair dryers so you are almost guaranteed to have a workable diffuser no matter what country or place you end up. It also means I can probably ditch the hair dryer and just assume I can make this work with any hair dryer I encounter as I travel, meaning more room in my suitcase.

I loved how this collapsed for travel, but it also collapses while I'm using it. This won't fit every hair dryer, so pay attention to the dimensions they list and check your hair dryer to make sure it fits those guidelines. I didn't find it to stretch whatsoever. That said, this worked well with one of my hair dryers, and it travels really well. It works ok, but it might work even better if I were using it with a better dryer. I don't know though, because I'm not looking to buy a new hair dryer. My only complaint is that it does want to collapse while I'm using it. I'm not overloading it with a massive amount of wet hair. Small sections work best, regardless of what you're trying to do. Plus I don't have tons of hair to work with anyway. However, when I'm trying to use it, a side will fold in on itself, so things aren't working ideally. It'll do in a pinch, though. It's worth a guy if you want to try out diffusing or want something for travel. Just make sure you have a hair dryer that it will fit on.

Could I give negative stars I would. I don't know who tested this diffuser before it was sold, but it wasn't anyone with actual hair. The collapsible design is a terrible idea because it constantly collapses while you're using it. Every time I got it where I wanted it, it folded back in on itself. Instead of drying my hair, I was fighting with the diffuser. The airflow was just okay, but because of the design, it took forever to dry my hair. What should have been a quick routine turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating process. It also didn't enhance my waves or curls at all. Zero difference. If anything, it just made the whole process take longer. It barely fit on my hair dryer, even though it claimed it would, and trying to keep it attached ended up pulling out my hair. The only thing this diffuser managed to diffuse was my patience. Definitely do not recommend. There are much better diffusers out there that actually stay open, fit properly, and do what they're supposed to do.

I bought this for travel, it works great and collapses up nice and small. It fits all hotel hair dryers I’ve met, some needed a little more force to fit than others, but I’d call it universal. It lasted 6 trips over 6 months and now has a tear in one of the folds. Not a big deal for the price, I guess. I’ll order another one for the next 6 months.

Just what I was looking for to travel with. It is sturdy, portable and fits my curly girl needs perfectly.

I purchased this collapsible diffuser specifically for travel. It works perfectly with the hairdryers in cruiseship cabins. I cruise alot and the dryers are too powerful for my curly hair. This works like a charm and is easy to toss in the suitcase.

As this diffuser was so cheap I’ll probably keep it, even though it keeps falling off my hair dryer. Diffusers are nice just wish this one was stable and easier to use.

Great idea. It is light and collapses, great for travel. The item received had different branding and colours than in image. Lengthy standard delivery. Although the measurements matched my hair dryer specs it did not fit the unit and may not fit dryers supplied in North American hotels. When tried on a smaller hair dryer the unit underperformed compared with diffusers with longer “fingers”. I would not try this design again for that reason. Loved the essential oil option. Keep working on this idea!

I bought this diffuser so that I could use it while travelling. I tried it on 6 different hair dryers while traveling in Europe and Canada. It only fit 1! I literally carried this diffuser around only for it not to work anywhere. It was definitely not a universal fit. Waste of money.

Ne fonctionne pas bien pour moi, il se repli constamment sur lui même il est trop mou. Je le retourne

This was a very low quality diffuser, the face falls out of the silicone part and its not stiff enough to use easily. Would not recommend.
