Crap item
Complete piece of crap. Couldn’t get charging port in (no way to expose the hole the charger goes into)….. this caused me to have to virtually destroy the rubber coating. Then the thing still wouldn’t work. Return options made me either pay for return shipping or print a label and box it myself. So it’s in the trash. Don’t waste your time with this.

I’m very satisfied with this small neck and back massager. Since I received it, I’ve been using it every day, especially at the end of the day when my neck feels tense. It really helps relax my neck muscles and gives me a sense of relief. What I like most is that it’s practical, lightweight, and very easy to use. JUNK - on/off switch nearly impossible to use
VERY annoying - so hard to turn on, even harder to turn OFF. The little rubber cap, which includes the on/off switch, comes off easily for initial charging, but it just WILL NOT go back on. So, I have to try to press the button with my fingers, and it's VERY hard to get it to turn off - changes modes but will not turn off.

Very strong, you could use this for pin point massages. Overall lots of settings but mild charge. Good deal for something so low profile and overall mostly quiet.
