Delicious, easy, healthy, gluten free!
These two flavors help me satisfy my ramen craving, after my celiac diagnosis sidelined me from Cup Noodle! Make as directed, or as a base for your own creations (I like to add shredded carrot, green onion, and canned chickpeas.) Great value, just remember to eat these according to expiration date (or freeze the packages).

Good option
My kids love this ramen. Taste is good and is a healthier version, less sodium, less fat. But the package is also smaller than other ramens.

Nice foundation...
This is a forgiving noodle that doesn't turn into mush if you blink. I almost docked it a point because the flavor pack is mild, but really, if you love noodles, you can fix that real easy with what you have on hand. And sometimes it's nice to have something mild for when my friend from Minnesota comes over. Those people are tough as hell when a cold snap hits, but don't put pepper in their food, or they get a temper.

Good gluten free ramen noodles!
The best ramen noodles that we have found! The gluten free noodles are great and actually have a good texture!

smaller than average size ramen serving
The bad news: As other reviewers noted the "low sodium" makes this less tasty, less flavorful than the cheap 10 a piece ramens I fondly remember from college. The size of a single serving is smaller than average. The good news: Considering how hard ramen is to find in the current pandemic reality the price on this is reasonable if you buy in bulk. If you have celiac disease these noodles have mouthfeel and texture relatively close to traditional wheat based ramen. Much closer than pure rice glass noodles have. I also liked the miso flavor although I would have liked it even better if it hadn't been low salt version. I also purchased the purple sweet potato version of this company's ramen, pretty excited about trying that. I think this ramen, or any ramen for that matter, can be spruced up to be good - add your own veggies, meats, eggs etc and you can have ramen just like in a restaurant. I have not tried frying this ramen, the noodles seems sort of delicate for that. If I try it and it's good I'll come back and revise my review

So versatile and tasty
As a gluten free girlie, I am always hunting for something that I can eat that feels and looks like it should without giving me the rumbly tummy. I got a single pack of this to try in the grocery store and loved it so much I ordered this multi-pack. I love that it has a good flavor to it by itself, but it also really lends to adding whatever you have on hand. I throw in a jammy egg, roasted tomato, spinach, scallions, chili crunch, steamed veggies, really whatever I have. It's the simplest meal and I'm very pleased to be able to keep it on the shelf instead of in the freezer with my other gluten free stuff.

Filled with worms!!!
So I’m super disturbed by these I was so happy to have Ramen and I actually ate some and then I was looking at the water and I saw these things and I thought maybe it was part of the noodle until I put my glasses on to a closer look took them out and thankfully I have the new iPhone took a picture of zoomed in and oh my God nope wasn’t noodles. They were worms so I looked at the rest of the packages that I got because of course I got the bulk pack because I’m celiac and was so happy to have Ramen and looked in the embedded noodles. Yep, there’s a bunch of worms folks worms so to my dismay I will never order these again. That is mortified. If you don’t mind having worms in your food by all means you do you, but I for one was literally mortified. Didn’t even know what to do!!! yes I’m attaching the pictures

PERFETTO
hadn't eaten ramen in decades until recently, just because "the usual ramen" is literally toxic. so when I had no time to eat, my standard was a handful of nuts and some fruit. then I broke my leg and could barely make it to the kitchen, let alone cook a regular meal. even had I been interested in having meals delivered, I had no way to get food from the door to the kitchen counter. and I wasn't about to ask friends to swing by with food every day. I broke my leg doing something unbelievably stoopid, and didn't want anyone else paying for my idiocy. started looking for a solution and found this healthy non-toxic ramen. bought something like 60 packs on the first order because even if I didn't like it, it would work to keep me fed. a friend put one of my bar stools in the (galley) kitchen between sink and stove, with the humongous box of ramen (next to the case of tofu) on the counter next to the sink. all I had to do was sit on the bar stool and I could get/boil water, slice up a box of tofu while the water came to a boil, make the ramen, add the tofu, eat straight out of the pot, then wash the pot, fork, and knife. I almost always eat only one meal per day, late at night. this ramen with tofu became that meal for ten weeks and I never tired of it. it's freakin' delicious!!! as with any packaged food, I used it as a base, adding LOTS of black pepper, chili peppers, cayenne, ginger, and black seeds. the soup packet is great on its own, but I like Spicy. I've been back on my feet for several weeks now but this ramen has become a staple. every time the supply dwindled down to a few packs I reordered, and then I put it on subscription through amazon. yes, it's more expensive than supermarket ramen, but it's so worth it (and even with the box of tofu, it comes in at less than five bucks for the day). it's GMO-FREE and has many certified-organic ingredients. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS RICE & MILLET RAMEN!!!
