Does this torque wrench can torquing 3/8 and 1/2 flare nut?

This will torque the smaller line (1/4 inch), but all the larger sizes require a larger torque wrench. For example, in my manual it states that for the next size up line (3/8 inch) requires 32-39 Nm. This one only goes to 30Nm.
