Absolutely tasty and easy to make. I do feel energetic after using this product. Bit sugary but manageable if you adjust the milk.

There is no information about the nutritional numbers. I dont know how much sugar, calories and protein I am getting from 1 serving. I so not expect this from a costly product like this that is aimed towards health conscious people.

The packaging of the product is so nice so as static but the taste and the quantity of the choco powder is so less like not the half of the box is filled with the kooka Powder so this is very like irritating thing and the price is also very high I don't want to pay 495 for only this much quantity and taste of the product is not so heavenly as I expected so not satisfied by this product it's not a value for money I didn't like it
