Very pleased. Solidly built, looks great and performs really well - really throws out the heat was properly warmed. Only small gripe is that the base wood store can fill with water if it rains but easy fix with a cover.

Item came with a dent on the side, poor quality, when asked to return item I was offered £10 refund

It is a very good design, the only thing is that one of the sides came with a slight dent in it which we didn't notice until it was unpacked - as there was no damage to the packaging.

I was extremely disappointed with this item and it completely spoil my garden. It is rusty and stained my slate stone patio. It is very dangerous to carry it as well due to the rusty sharp edges (even wearing gloves) The company told me to cover it after use. I have covered it. But it made the situation worst as the condensation inside and the water vapour can not escape. Also the stain on my stone patio can not be removed as it is some sort of reaction between the rusty water and the stone. The company said they can only refund the item if I return he item to them and they will charge me £19.99 for the delivery cost. The original box was destroyed as it was very flimsy cardboard box when it arrived. The original boxed was part open when it arrived. I will not touch or carry the chiminea as it is rusty and has sharp edges. It is hazardous. unfortunately, I have to ask scrap collector to remove the item myself
