This is great to give a new look to your current shiny polish. With the matte finish it gives your polish colors two deferent effects. I like to do every other shiny /matte.

Great matte look but makes polish very brittle. I used underneath the top coat OPIs very own black polish which usually wears well and lasts me about a week. But when I add this top coat it chips the same day! It dries very fast and I don't know if I am just doing it wrong or if I am supposed to do multiple layers of matte topcoat but it does looks great for the first few hours. I also tried it on an old red color I had and same issue. After about 4 days of having it on I noticed the matte was starting to turn a milky white as well esp after hand washing so maybe it is just meant to be short wear. Maybe I just use my hands too much for this polish.

Looks great. Wish it was a bit more chip-resistant, but it's ok. I'd think that not every color would look good matte, but my Essie one does.

Not only creates a beautiful matte finish but it also seems to smooth out some brush imperfections. I dont know if it's the polish (which are on the cheaper side) or the Opi Matte Top Coat, but the brush picks up the color and even some of the lacquer. I find that loading the brush helps prevent this from happening. As far as getting some of the color stain off the brush so that it doesnt transfer from finger to finger (especially if each nail os a different color) I brushed it on a paper towel between each nail to clean off the brush.

Got this for my aunt and she loves it. Great coverage and thickness that helps the polish look nice for two weeks.

Omggg this was the best product I ever found. I was told at my local nail supply store there was no matte topcoat for just regular nail polish and thank you to Google and Amazon. I found this and omg the finish on this is sooo amazing. Once it dries it looks like the perfect velvet matte top coat on just regular nail polish!! Highly highly recommend!!
