Slides down throat. Not strong.

The tea is great as always, however one small annoyance - when I opened the shipping box, one box of tea was smashed. This did not happen in transit as the shipping box was intact. This happened in packing the tea and unless this is done on an automated production line, it's impossible for someone not to have noticed the condition of the tea box. Certainly not the end of the world and the tea bags are fine, I'm just surprised by my discovery.

I love this tea. Its savory but light and not overpoweringly green tea tasting. It taste 2 parts toasted rice 1 part or less green tea. Which in my opinion is good genmaicha.

Delicious tea. Unlike many Genmai cha in Japan, this tea does not get bitter, which is good.

I just received this. I don't yet know the quality but it is not what was presented. This was described as 13.5 oz. Of Gen Maicha green tea. It's a 1.9 oz box containing 18 teabags. Far and away the most expensive tea I have ever purchased. I expected almost a pound of loose tea as advertised. I received 18 teabags. I would return it if my time was worth less to me.I don't believe this!#!$$ I asked for the rest of my order by refund and received 1 box. I'm still owed 4 boxes!!!! It's good tea and I'd love to buy more but not at $6+ per oz. Rediculous!!

Decaf green tea has been my favorite tea for many years. My current brand seemed to be losing its flavor, so I tried this brand. It's great! Give it a try.

My favorite tea, I drink this pretty much every weekday in the morning. Tastes great.

My favorite kind of green tea is Genmaicha ... I love the toasty brown rice taste & these tea bags fit the bill. Now I can enjoy my favorite tea at work. Thanks Yamamotoyama!
